Trevista United is led by Lasse Gustafsson, supported by a network of senior specialists and trusted partners.

Lasse has 30 years of experience developing businesses, leaders and commercial opportunities, combined with an extensive background in elite sports. His journey began in an environment where performance, leadership and execution determine results. Those experiences became the foundation for his career in business development, sales and management consulting. Since 2021, he has worked independently and in collaboration with a number of partners.

What sets Lasse apart is his ability to combine the performance culture of elite sports with a strong commercial perspective and the power of trusted relationships. Through his extensive network, he builds bridges between people, businesses and opportunities—turning relationships into business.

We help our clients turn ambition into results. We develop leadership, strengthen commercial capabilities, create new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.

We also run Friends of Business—a business platform that creates valuable meetings, partnerships and commercial opportunities that strengthen brands and drive growth.

We work closely with owners, CEOs and leadership teams to create growth through strategy, leadership and commercial development. We support our clients as strategic advisors, change leaders, business developers, project partners or in interim roles—from strategy and execution to measurable results.
